About

My name is Sheila Ray. I’m a freelance marketing strategist and art director, who now works from home (YAY!).

I’m mom of two fantastic kids, Savannah and Landon. At age six months, Savannah was diagnosed with severe food allergies to milk, eggs and peanuts. We have definitely made adjustments to how we live, but we do many things that other families do, and more.

One big adjustment for me was learning to bake allergen-free. I am an avid baker, and I love experimenting with new recipes. Together, Savannah and I bake up an allergen-free storm of cupcakes, cookies, muffins and other goodies.

In my blog, you will learn about allergen-free living and baking. In our home, we primarily bake without milk, eggs and peanuts. But, being part of the allergen-free community, we have also learned to bake free of other allergens. Whenever we bring treats to parties and events, we do our best to make sure EVERYONE can enjoy our creations, whether they have food allergies or not.

I hope you find this blog helpful and inspirational.

“Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.” Romans 5:3-5
